Excellent pretzel salt!
This salt is the perfect size for soft pretzels and pretzel rolls. It seems like a good value and sticks great to moistened pretzel dough. I love the taste, though you have to use it a bit sparingly because each little cube has quite a salty punch.

Great for homemade pretzels!
Love this salt! Worked super well for my homemade sourdough pretzel bites! Tasted really nice, good quality. Texture is good, saltiness is on point. Good value for what you pay and looks so fancy!

It's not a pretzel until it has the right salt.
I started making home made pretzels which came out very nice, however it was missing something. The right salt. it's a night and day difference when going from table salt to this type of salt. This is a finishing salt that elevated the flavor of bread products to a whole new level.

Very good
A little bit pricey compared to other pretzel salts but the quality is noticeable. The size of the salt is perfect for making soft pretzels and it also grinds up well in my salt grinder so I like that too. I would definitely purchase again.
