ICM - Intentional Camera Movement: Perfecting Moves and Choosing Subjects

The quality of the paper used in this book was very "rough" and images were dull. This is a nice book to get inspired by, but lacks instruction and technical details. I understand that ICM is a creative process and its difficult to tell the reader what settings to use because of various scenes ... but, it would have been nice for the photographer author to give more helpful tips on camera settings and guidelines.

It's a fantastic book! I've read it twice already, it is a must read for ICM lovers. Ms. Overton explains her thought processes very clearly into what elements go into making her images and how she does her work. Highly recommended

This book has opened my eyes on how to approach seeing in ICM. A very helpful book, it explains how to pre visualize to the final picture.

For me, this book is a total waste of money. The same statement over and over: you have to experiment and the author is very fond of vertical movement. You don’t need to thank me.

I believe this is the third book by this author that I have, love the instructions in this one the most. All have beautiful images, but I found the before and after pictures in this book really helpful. Thank you Roxanne, you've really inspired me!

The book initially says it’s ideal for anyone starting their ICM journey, it’s full of lots of beautiful photos, before and after, post editing BUT there is very little mention of camera settings used to obtain the shot which is what I was hoping it was about. Disappointed newbie who isn’t much the wiser

The book contains beautiful photographs and ideas about subjects for intentional camera movements. ICM.Plenty of before and after photos.But I was disappointed that there wasn’t much information on technique and camera settings , which was one of the main reasons I bought the book, to improve my skills.

This was the fifth book I've read by Roxanne Bouche Overton and I think it is the best so far. It is full of practical advice and helpful hints, along with lovely, inspirational photographs. I only wish the books were longer, so I could spend even more time enjoying them.
