The Grammar 2 Handbook: In Precursive Letters (British English edition)

Purchased this as I am home educating my 2youngest children . I wanted it so that I could photocopy all the activities , and once I’m done with it , I will sell it on for someone else to use . The activities are set out well , and clear to follow . Would recommend this book .

The whole series of jolly phonics and now grammar is great for teaching young'uns! if you are a etacher of KS1 or even 2 itrs worth taking a look at it

A great resource for grammer lessons in year 2. The children have enjoyed the sessions with the follow up worksheet.

It is as described and useful for homework etc but I didn't realise it was for the old curriculum. It would have been useful to have that information made a bit clearer but that is probably my error.

This book is a very useful resources, with lots of copiable material. It is an very good addition to any younger classroom, and compliments the series. As with most of these types of books I would have liked to have seen 2 or 3 versions of each sheet so that it can be given out to a group without evryone having the same one as the person next to them, but I guess that would make the book twice as thick. Personally I would like to see a book half the thickness with a CD of sheets attached, so you can print of the sheets you want which would give them the potential to add more versions of each sheet.

Our reading group has been using this series for 4 years now and we are extremely happy with it. The children (who are mostly bi-cultural and speak English at nearly native level) enjoy the lessons and are now reading and writing English thanks to this!
