This rail is very well made and very sturdy. I wish we had installed it years ago. The cover is attached with Velcro and can be easily put on or removed.Great rail!

There were no instructions with this and while installing, the drill bit broke on the first hole. We had a very hard time finding the replacement size. The pole itself was good quality. Just use different screws and drill bits.

Item arrived and it was as described. Very cost effective. Ordered 2 for additional safety getting in and out the pool. Supports my weight which is in excess of 330lbs.

The expansion bolts were sub standard. and one of them failed I have three supporting the base. I am a very experienced contractor. I need a new bolt and expansion hardware. The drill failed on the first hole and the bolt got caught too soon barely got it out. Used one of m drill bits to finish. Need one new bolt set up. Otherwise it is a nice piece of hardware

Product is great in quality, only no instructions as to the best way for installation for first time encoring item.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looked practical and sturdy, but anchors could not be used as they were virtually welded together and could not be separated for installation.Had to cut bolts and replace for final installation.

Great but take some advice have it professionally installed.
