Leonice-US Customer Service is: EXCELLENT, 5-Stars!!! But, IMO, this Canning Kit gets 3 Stars since it could be much better and needs improvement. See Pictures 1, 2 attached here... I am RETIRING it. ALL pieces are very LOW quality, poorly made, very SMALL! The Jar Lifter is only good for VERY SMALL 4-12 oz jars otherwise BREAKS (it bent when tried to lift 32 oz jar). In Picture 2, for comparison, I put my old WHITE jar tongs next to their BLACK tongs: the package's BLACK jar tongs is 3 inches SHORTER and FLIMSY. The ladle is so small (see picture attached) and flimsy and looks like it is made of aluminum foil.

The package arrived quickly, in good condition, The item was as expected.
