This was reviewed in a timely manor. Once recieved and after unboxing the screen. I noticed the quality of the product. Installation was straight forward. Selecting the correct version is critical. I unfortunately selected the incorrect one and after talking with tech support they have so far help me out tremendously. This screen setup is a plug and play as described.

Product is a great looking setup. Bad news is its not user friendly and extremely glitchy. Almost like it does too many things.

The installation was very easy, it’s pretty much plug and play. I also like the fact that it’s like having a tablet and a stereo at the same time while also keeping all of your existing options as well!! I was very hesitant on purchasing at first but when I finally decided to pull the trigger it was totally worth it!!

Everything is great except my backup camera and 360 cameras volume tunes down when in reverse but doesn’t pop anything up on the screen it just stays the same

It arrived fast, they have been great with answering questions, takes less than an hour to completely hook it up. Unit works great and brought new life to my truck

This is long review but honest experience. I really wanted this to work well.. not just barely. My 1 star review is for the lack of instructions, quality of support (which is through Amazon Contact a Seller only) and poor implementation of an Android device with Ford Electronics.First off I will say I liked it because it was cool looking upgrade for my 2019 F250 Plat. . The experience wasn't nearly as great as what some of the youtube or product videos of other shops around the country selling the same thing as their own for more money. The same product is sold on many other online sites. Those video show modified Android screens with their own Boot loaders and custom apps and they know what to press so it doesn't do any of the following I am about to explain. The hardware is the same with a different overlay.NO Manual on how to use the unit. No wiring diagram of what is what with the wires and plugs. Had to contact support multiple times as WIFI wasn't working very well and they told me I HAD to USE the 4G antenna to get WIFI to work better. I didn't want to use 4G or add the extra wiring but I had too........Manual would have told me this..The fit of the product was pretty good. The 3 ford buttons on top for me didn't sit firmly in there and wiggled around and when you press on the factory buttons they didn't have a sure fit feeling. Putting the screen in place with the clips requires a bit of moving the enormous amounts of extra wiring around to get it sit in there. Lot more wires and things to install that were not there before to get it to work.The two extra USB's they offer would be nice if they were fit into the bezel and not just loose to dangle where ever you wanted too.Oh did I mention the poor Contact Seller Support answers.I had an issue which was when I was listening to Ford music (via the Sync module which is how it interfaces with this Android Screen) then I went to an Android App and the music shuts off, I go back to the Ford Sync module and some random FM station (not a saved preset) starts playing static. I can repeat this every time and sent them a video of it..There solution was to purchase and format a USB drive and plug it in to the USB.. So you want me to buy a USB, format it, add music to it and plug it in to solve a User interface issue? This is a work around not a solution.......Another issue as I was on day two. I would try to watch a YouTube video. Again I was playing Ford Sync Radio then when to apps and selected Youtube. Selected a video and it started playing. I stopped it and started again.. My radio station was still playing. I had to hit another app or bottom left return arrow to cancel Ford radio and then go back to YouTube to play video with sound..Here comes the really good part..While watching the video I when back to the APP page and selected the icon of a steering wheel which is how you get back to the Ford Sync. The YouTube video goes the bottom right corner and keeps playing while the unit was trying ever so hard to load the Ford Sync module on the screen. The unit started crawling to a halt. I tried to press the Ford Sync 6 dot lower left corner to bring up the Ford ICON on Sync to go in a turn the radio back on. The screen started moving back and forth while not touching anything. I could not select the Ford ICON as the Ford Sync screens where not loading or doing something it didn't know how to do..SOLUTION: I had to cancel the YouTube video because it didn't have enough resources to do both. When I cancelled the video the unit saved a preset 2 which popped up on the Ford Sync portion of the screen. I didn't do that.. I also sent them a video of this as well. I can also replicate this over and over.In Short. This is a half baked solution begging for way more attention than needed while driving and everyone who uses it will have to be educated on what to press and where.. If you left the music up too loud when you stopped.. Guess what you have to wait for the screen to boot before you can turn it down on the screen.Once I started it and went into reverse and the back camera did work as it should. But the screen wouldn't turn on, I could see a very faint image of it. But the music was playing and not the station I left it on. I had to stop and restart truck to get the screen back.I really hope this improves and if it does I might consider this again.. So I am sticking with the factory unit for now.This was written for another Amazon Seller who removed listing when I tried to work through all the issues I found with these.. This is the same unit. Different seller.
