Just roll it around the hole with a little force push till it pops in.. doesn't go straight in.. u hv to kinda roll in a circular motion with a little force..dont forget to un screw the other part first.. put it on correctly..then try.. u can always practice without screwing the other part just to get the hang of it... it comes out easy.. then try it correctly..honestly I tried it with rhe long one first..then it made more sense.. hope all the jabber helps..lol
