Upon opening cover, the laser top is stuck inside the cover. Put laser part back on top. Continues to stick inside cover. Same issue with the other top. I'm just disappointed. Will have to return for refund.

I had one of these for years and it was great. I broke off part of the mesh so ordered a new one. The mesh head wouldn't seat properly so it was useless. Returned for replacement and the replacement has exact same problem. I won't try again!

Takes care of my chin hairs just fine. It IS cheaply made. The battery DOES die quickly after a charge. It IS noisy. Just like other reviewers have noted. However, it does "shave" my chin hairs nicely every few days.

This is the 2nd one I've bought. 1st one didn't come with the adapter to shave my face with. The 2, nd one same thing. I can't use it. Needed for Chinn, over the mouth. The first one was great. It just chipped on the end and cit my chin. I'm just disappointed 😞
