I’ve bought a lot of headsets in my life cheap ones and expensive ones and they all seem to break but this headset is extremely durable and very comfortable I’ve got the same one for the ps5 version they’re great value for money great design easy to use jbl products always blow me away they’re definitely my favourite company when it comes to audio I highly recommend this product

Not great for PC users
Absolute garbage. I bought these headphones mainly to use with my PC. The sound quality, noise cancelling, and everything else were great. They were perfectly fine until the moment I connected them to a PlayStation once and ever since then I can’t get the headset to work properly on my computer. The headphones show up as a console, as a hands‑free set, as whatever, cluttering Windows with a bunch of audio output options. I tried everything I could, even tortured ChatGPT with this problem. Either the microphone doesn’t work at all, or the sound quality is terrible and keeps cutting out, or something else goes wrong. I had to go back to my old headphones.
