Just what I needed + assembly notes
Exactly what I expected when I ordered, since I rely on melamine pieces for my laundry, studio, home office and this utility closet tucked in under the stairs — inexpensive, sturdy, quick to construct, very practical and easy to keep clean. The Allen wrench is included, but note you’ll need that specific bit if you want to use a drill — which makes everything quick! Just don’t drill to fast or you’ll push right through the fiberboards. I finished in about 20 minutes, but then I’ve done a lot of this. It was nice to find that they included 1-2 extra of each type of hardware, though luckily didn’t need any of it as the screw heads didn’t strip or anything else fail.Note that the screws are visible on each side and no solution provided by the manufacturer, so I covered mine with some thick white sticky dots from a previous piece; you could also just fill and paint them or even pop on a white mailing label cut to size! I can’t stand them, even in a utility closet. :-)A hammer isn’t listed in the instructions, but you’ll need it to tap in the bottom feet. Also, if you’re like me and don’t want the huge, obnoxious stickers threatening you to screw this thing to your wall (I don’t have pets or children, or climb on furniture myself), just use a hair dryer to warm it up for a minute and they will peel off without leaving residue; I also had to do this with the lettered stickers identifying each part as they tried to leave glue behind. There are three positions drilled for each of the two shelves so they can be adjusted even after assembly, and I appreciate the metal pegs rather than the breakable plastic pegs that come with my older pieces. Also, I really like the new type of backing - the accordion-folded, coated cardboard slides into a slot rather than having to carefully hammer it to the back with teeny tiny nails I could never hold or, worse, those plastic-headed tacks where the nail always bent or broke through the plastic - worst part of putting together the old pieces! And don’t skip the little plastic braces - they keep the backing nice and tight, and less likely to be bent or broken if you push something a bit too far onto the shelves.Anyhoo, if you have realistic expectations and don’t manhandle it while doing the construction, I think you’ll also be satisfied with this bookshelf. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another one if the need arises.

Good purchase, value for money!
Excellent! I am very happy with the purchase. Looks elegant and very sturdy! Has a new look in my office as a storage shelf. The installation guide is very self-explanatory and nicely detailed. Took me 20 minutes to install. I bough two of them and placed them together, looks very good. I would strongly suggest to purchase, you will like it 100%.

A Stylish and Sturdy Bookshelf That’s Worth Every Penny
I bought the VASAGLE ULBC166X01 6-Tier Bookshelf in Rustic Brown a couple of weeks ago, and after putting it together and loading it up with books, I can confidently say it was a great purchase. It’s got a lot going for it, and while it’s not perfect, it’s easily one of the better shelves I’ve come across at this price point.Pros:It’s sturdy: This bookshelf feels way more solid than the cheap ones I’ve bought from Walmart's "Mainstays" or Target's "Room Essentials" brands in the past. Those tend to wobble or sag over time, but this one feels like it’s built to last. I’d say the quality is on par with IKEA furniture, which is a big compliment in my book.It looks fantastic: The rustic brown finish is beautiful—warm and inviting but still modern. It’s a real eye-catcher in my living room.Smart design details: The back panels slide into place instead of needing to be nailed in, which is a huge win. No annoying nails poking through or panels popping out!Clear instructions and extras: Everything is labeled, the instructions are super easy to follow, and they even include extra screws and dowels just in case. Little details like that make a big difference. All tools included: You don’t need to hunt down a screwdriver or Allen wrench—it’s all in the box, ready to go.Cons:It’s a bit small: This bookshelf is shorter and narrower than others in the same price range (like IKEA shelves), so it doesn’t hold quite as much. It’s something to keep in mind if you have a big book collection.Limited shelf adjustability: Each tier has three peg holes, which works fine for most things, but very tall books like The World of Ice and Fire or oversized comics, like Dark Horse Library Editions, just won’t fit unless you leave a shelf out.Takes a little time to build: It’s not hard to assemble, but it’s definitely more involved than some of the simpler shelves out there. I managed it on my own, but having a second person would’ve made it easier.Bottom Line:If you’re looking for a bookshelf that’s sturdy, stylish, and well-made, this one’s a great choice. It’s not perfect—especially if you need a lot of space for big books—but for the price, it’s hard to beat. I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I’m rounding up to 5 because it’s just that good.I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a bookshelf that combines good looks with solid construction. Just keep the size limitations in mind before you buy!

Great shelf for the price!
This shelf was better quality than I was expecting based on price and reviews. Its perfect for organizing my office/guest room closet. I appreciate that the shelves can be placed at different levels. My only complaint is that it was a little unstable until I put things on it. Not a big deal, though, because it came with the anti tip wall mount

Highly recommend
Very nice and sturdy. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Color is exactly as it looks online. Looks more expensive than it is. I have moved it several times and it's still very sturdy, stable and shelves hold a lot of weight. Highly recommend.

Awesome bookshelf
If you want a well-made, smaller bookshelf, this is definitely the one to buy. It is well-made and it is so easy to put together. It is very sturdy. I love it. I do not usually write reviews.
