Love the Scooter
This is my first time purchasing a scooter so of course I did not know what to expect. It was easy to assemble and get used to. I traveled on a plane out of the country. The airline knew what to do throughout my journey. Some things to keep in mind is they will ask you the weight of the scooter, and what kind of battery it is. We had to carry the battery on board with us which wasn't a problem for me because I traveled with family. If you are by yourself, that may be an issue being the battery is heavy. I had my owner's manual with me because again I did not know what to expect and what they would ask. I saw in the reviews someone mentioning the battery connection kept coming loose. In the manual it clearly explains that you have to tighten the battery holder down to secure the battery. We forgot a couple of times and I realized my battery charge lights were blinking (showing the battery was fully charged then 2 lights disappeared, etc.), I checked and realized I did not have the battery secure and once I did there were no issues. The scooter is very easy to assemble and disassemble, depending on the size of the vehicle you are traveling in. It has super fast speed which most times I did not turn it up all the way. It is very attractive and I received several comments. Something else to look out for...if you tilt the handle towards you, be cautious of it getting caught on clothing or accidently pushing the forward/backward levers due to it being closer to your body when you lean forward. The zipper flap on my shorts kept getting caught on the forward/backward lever when I stood up causing the scooter to of course move. This could result in injury, so I ended up not using the tilt. I also accidentally move the lever when I sat something on top of the handle which will also cause the scooter to unexpectantly move, so I made it a point to remove the key when I wasn't riding. I had to reset the scooter twice; once when attempting to ride on sand and once on a driveway hill that was too steep. Both times the scooter beeped and shut off automatically for safety. There is a reset button that you have to push in the event this happens. I love the unlock feature when I needed to push/pull the scooter. If you insert the key before unlocking it, it will surely let you know with loud continuous beeping. The battery lasts a good while also. I kept it charged overnight to be sure but I used it throughout the day on the resort as well as during sightseeing in the streets and it indicator stayed in the green. The seat is a little uncomfortable to me; it could use more padding but I love the swivel feature as I used it several times while at tables at restaurants, etc. It is a very safe scooter to use and I really like it :-)

Very easy assembly
Love this scooter. Very easy to put together. The base is very heavy to get out of the box. I tipped box over to make it easier to get out.

Good buy
I’m very familiar with mobility scooters and for the price, this is a good deal. It’s very compact and sits a bit low but that makes it perfect for maneuvering in tight spaces. It’s top speed is like briskly walking so if you need speed, this isn’t for you. I’ve taken it on a couple of 2 mile treks (flat surfaces) and the battery gauge barely moves. It was delivered much more quickly than was stated and was easy to unpackage and assemble (no tools needed). The only thing I don’t like is the extremely loud beeping when reversing.

Initially dissapointed
Yeah, we know we didn't buy the most expensive model out there, so looking a little cheap was expected. We do not use it particularly often. My wife had a medical issue last year that limits her mobility, and we figured this would be a better move than renting one everytime we took our grandchildren out. But, it had a real problem. Everytime she drove over cobblestones or railroad tracks at Busch Gardens,it would lose contact with the battery and almost toss her out of the seat. On rough surfaces she had to slow to a crawl and even then would lose contact. It was irritating. I tried adjusting the clip holding the battery to no avail. I finally decided I would have to rig up a whole new clip. But, meanwhile, we're in the theme park, and it is a piece of crap. I looked at the battery terminals. They looked to be the diameter of nickles, so I put a nickle on each contact and tightened it down. It worked perfectly from then on. A 10 cent repair, and suddenly my wife was very happy with it. Now, since it works, we were able to spend the whole day at the park without getting frustrated. We now know battery performance is OK. She can ride it all day around the park. Hills really drag the battery level down, but, turning it off to let it cool everytime the kids get on a ride, the level came back up. The speed is sufficient to allow her to keep up with us, and in fact she can pull away if she wants. The basket is handy for carrying refillable cups and purses. The only downside is some of the more expensive models have a "universal" adapter for carrying a sunshade or other options. I've rigged up an umbrella holder to get her some shade. Do some research, these are handy to have, and on a budget this one isn't bad. Considering how little she actually uses it, one that cost 3-4 times as much seemed a waste of money. But, be prepared to "fix" the battery connection with two nickles.

Great scooter
I got this for my Mom. We have taken it to the mall, Sam's Club and The Westside Market in Cleveland. She LOVES it. It's easy for me to put in and out of the back of my car. It's 3 pieces disassembled. It really helps to remove the battery pack before loading and unloading it out of your car. She is so happy that we can now go places and she can ride. The only downside we've found so far, is that it doesn't do well in grass.

Is as promised.
It actually came in 2 days before originally stated. Very easy to assemble and came charged. My driveway is a fairly steep hill and it got up the driveway with no problem. It is pretty compact so it wouldn’t be comfortable if you’re relatively tall. I’m 5’2 but I wouldn’t want to be riding for hours. Color is awesome, I love it. Would order again.
