An excellent piece of kit! I must admit when my Wife said that's the one I want, my initial thoughts were "its a bit 'blingy'.". How wrong I was, it looks lovely when installed. In my honest opinion its well worth the money and looks like it was very expensive!Pros: Well built. Looks lovely when fitted. Decent crystals (not plastic).Observations: Flipping fiddly to mount the crystals but not impossible! The reflective surface does pick up fingerprints easily, the cotton gloves supplied are a must otherwise you'll be spending time removing the finger marks.Cons: Not any really.

This is placed in the hallway and looks really good.Took a little time to fix but generally very easy and the results are worth it.Good value for light fitting the the crystal are glass which reflects light around the hall.

I bought this for my bedroom, since the sun doesn't shine directly into the room until late afternoon, so when I am up early, I depend on the ceiling fitting and my previous one did not throw the light evenly over the room. This was a problem when attempting to apply my make-up and style my hair, so I wanted a light which was both stylish and efficient. This is both and having had it professionally installed (I think it would need two people, if not experienced), I am delighted. The light from the bulbs is reflected off the mirrored base connected to the ceiling, down into the room and is very bright, so I have had it connected to a dimmer switch, for the times I need a more subtle light. The only problem I had is that when I unpacked the "chandelier" droplets, one of them was broken, so I am in the process of contacting the seller, to send me a replacement, as it cannot be repaired. I can definitely recommend this and it looks far more expensive than it actually cost.

Bought 2 of these for my hallway. Lovely looking light and looks far more expensive than it is.Haven't been put up by our electrician yet so looking forward to that. This is why I cannot rate the question above on installation. Very good company to deal with and they sorted out a small problem with a couple of droppers very quickly and very efficiently. Pretty easy to fit after studying it , i extended the exposed wires from the ceiling connector block to the light fitting to make more space - less struggle i found. Fitting the danglers was a bit tedious & definitely more sensible to wear enclosed gloves , not only for metal edges but to keep the base plate fingerprint free ! I used g9 led,s cool white 5w = 40w and its well bright ! Sensitive eyes will object , particularly with a bright decor ! A great looking unit tho ...

I do not know if it is the fault of the fitting or the bulbs, but I used the ones that were recommened. I only have a small lounge (abt12ft sq) but it just seems very dark, I keep wanting to turn to the brightness but I cannot.The fitting looks lovely, but 4 x 40w equivent LED bulbs are jsut not bright enough, I need a new lamp just to be able to read properly.

There was a damaged pendant. Let the seller know and a replacement part was sent within a couple of days. Brilliant product excellent product easy to install. Transformed our bedroom . Good service would highly recommend .

Sturdy and looks expensive, the crystals are beautiful. Very nice light for a bedroom as it’s not big. You do need to attach the crystals yourself but they are pretty straight forward.
