I am very light complected with reddish hair. Would this work for me?

I think if you usually use cool tones the left two shades would work great. I’m more light than fair, but I tend to mix the bottom left and bottom right shades. The middle shade in the bottom row is definitely way too dark for me. Hope this helps!

do all the highlighter shades are shimmery?

No, only the lightest highlighter on the top right is shimmery. The other two are matte.

Will the hair on the brush fall off?

That has not happened to me yet. I am still gentle with it, but so far no shedding, and have owned the palette for about a year.
