Q: Is the smaller cover pieces for the center of the wheel actual solid pieces, or are they just stickers/vinyl?

The product includes five (5) pieces including the two (2) clip on steering wheel grips that may have adhesive but the hold tight to the steering wheel so I didn’t feel the need to test or try to peel them, two (2) peel and stick adhesive interior horizontal wheel spoke covers with cut out for the control wheels and one (1) adhesive peel and stick vertical interior steering wheel spoke to complete the product. The wheel grips are awesome and the interior wheel spoke covers look great and they stick very well. As a point of attention place the interior spoke covers where you want them but don’t put any pressure on them until the roller wheels are lined up to your satisfaction for the best results!! I love the look, feel and performance of this product and I’m confident everyone who buys it will too!!!
