Installed this ac as my previous was non inverter and 10 years old. Cooling capacity is very nice and being 4 star saves power too. In other reviews i didn't see this product maybe they have older versions but this ac works very well. Amazon gave me 599+ gst installation for which i didn't get any calls or msg so downloaded bluestar app and booked through it so gat the details of the schedule and then bluestar installers came and installed the ac. I had water pipe already so didn't get charged. Better you buy from outside as they charge around 100₹ per foot. The whole installation process cost me ₹707 only. Happy with it.This is my genuine experience and i would say for cooling bluestar is best. Go for it.Con: the service person sat on the outdoor unit for which i told him not to but still after some time he sat upon it. Where as i know vibrations and noise start to come from the outdoor unit when pressure is put on the top of unit as the structure frame bends and vibration starts.

Overall everything is good , service is little bit costly

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात ब्लू स्टार कि मुझे यह लगी कीजिए इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए कस्टमर को काफी परेशान करते हैं मुझे जिस दिन का टाइम दिया गया उस दिन के बाद मेरा फोन उन्होंने पिक नहीं किया कई बार मेरे फोन करने के बाद भी मैसेज करने के बाद उन्होंने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जिससे कि मैं यह समझता हूं कि यदि कोई भारतीय व्यक्ति ब्लू स्टार के साथ जाना चाहता हो तो वह अपना समय व्यर्थ करेगा अर्थात वह किसी और प्रोडक्ट के साथ जाइए और ऐमेज़ॉन जैसी एक वेबसाइट एप्लीकेशन से कोई चीज परचेज कर रहे हैं तो इनका रिस्पांस भी कुछ नहीं है जो मेरे साथ हुआ है वह वह मैंने आपके साथ शेयर किया बाकी आपकी मर्जी जैसा आप उचित समझें बाकी ब्लू स्टार का प्रोडक्ट मेरे हिसाब से ठीक नहीं है ना ही तो इनकी सर्विस ठीक है क्योंकि यह फोन नहीं उठाते हैं और अगर कोई प्रोडक्ट में गारंटी वारंटी को लेकर कोई भी चीज होती है तो यह फोन नहीं उठाएंगे क्योंकि इंस्टॉलेशन के लिए फोन नहीं उठाया जा रहा तो वारंटी और गारंटी के लिए क्या यह फोन उठाएंगे और यह क्या घर पर आकर ठीक कर अमेजॉन कस्टमर केयर में भी मैंने कॉल किया और जब ऐसी बुक कराते समय जो स्पेक्ट्रम कंडीशन लिखी थी वह फॉलो ही उन्होंने कहा कि 24 घंटे के भीतर हम ब्लू स्टार में कांटेक्ट करेंगे और वह आपको इंसुलेशन करेंगे हालांकि वह सब दिन निकल गए बाकी मेरा अभी तक 3 दिन पूरे हो गए अभी तक इंसुलेशन नहीं हुआ फोन भी स्टार वालों ने नहीं उठाया और मैंने ही आगे ब्लूस्टार में जाकर कस्टमर केयर में कंप्लेंट करें कि मेरा सलूशन होना है अमेजॉन वालों ने कुछ नहीं किया आप भी समझदार हो जैसा आपको उचित लगे वैसा करो

140sq ft room becomes cool within 4-5 minutes using turbo... using for the last 3days ..till now no issues.

Good product, enough cooling for small room up to 110 SqF.

Pros: Good throw, less noise, energy efficientCon: 4 in 1 convertible no option to select in remote, installation extra cost for tapes thought holes are already made by us. This is the place where bluestar should take action

good cooling efficiency but installation guy charges a lot so better go with a local installer if you want it cheap and be si=ure to buy sun out door stand and extra pipe in your own to save some extra bucks
