Very cute but not made for larger heads if you wear size 8-1/2 or above came bent so you know the quality is a little low but cute for rodeos and costume fits

Big. Too big for me. Didn't want to return because it was so cheap. Tried to gift to 3 people and too big. Definitely black felt hat.
