Q: Hi do these crease when folded a few times? I want to you them as a backdrop for head and shoulder shots

The black, silver, white and golden parts are naturally full of creases, the white diffusion interior isn't (but it's slightly transparent)

Q: Can I order a spare carry case for this item? Mine has frayed quite a bit and the zipper's popped off.

Not that i know of, you should wait for the seller to reply, but don't get your hopes up, this generally isn't something possible. By the way, my carry case is also falling apart, the good news is the reflector is holding up pretty good.
