Took me about 40 minutes to assemble the chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, but I recommend using your own tools. The included tools are fully capable but it will take longer.The chair has a neat little design, feels pretty durable. I got the chair for the adjustable armrests since I like using them for work, but they get in my way when I'm gaming. It works very smooth, and it's pretty convenient.Overall, it's a good casual chair for home office use, and it's comfy enough for gaming as well.A little assembly tip:Screws labeled J4 and M4 are actually the same size, so there's no need to undo your progress if you messed them up like I did LOL.

Lightweight and comfortable. The lower back support is excellent. Was a little stiff at first but has softened up nicely. Only complaint is the headrest does not hold in place, The grooves on the stems just need to be ground a little bit. Overall, happy with this chair.

I was very hesitant to buy a chair on-line and have no experience actually sitting in it. Why did I consider this chair? 48 5-star ratings and the only other ratings were not about quality. OK, so what is soooo good about this chair? Well to begin with, assembly instructions were offered in a video. Of course, there were the normal written instructions, but, seeing how to do it in a video made assembly very easy. Although I have to admit sometimes a third arm would have helped. Fast forward to the assembled chair. Is it well designed - yes. Is it comfortable - yes. Does the quality appear to be good - yes. I spend 6-8 hours a day in this chair. My normal back issues have not been a problem. Buy it again? You bet.I also need to complement Amazon on how they handled a product shipping problem. Delays happen. Just a part of life. But, good communication can make such a difference. My chair was delayed by several days, but, I did not become frustrated because I was in the communication loop. Knowing about a situation is much better than guessing about what is happening.
