I saw this on a social site, as helping with TMJ (when your jaw locks, gets tight and hurts). I’ve had that for years and this is the first tool to help! It’s high-quality, and I don’t need to apply much pressure. I simply use the larger end in circles, pressing it gently against my cheek over the sore part of my jaw. I do this for about 5 minutes at a time, while watching tv. Super easy and it’s definitely helping to break up the tension in that spot.

I needed a small tool to help work out tension on my facial muscles. The smaller side of the tool is fantastic for around your eyebrows, ear and any other small muscle area. I use the larger side to work out tension on the larger muscles of my face (TMJ, etc). I LOVE LOVE LOVE this tool and it’s super easy to use anywhere. Approx the size of a pen but much thinner. Highly recommend for anyone interested in accupuncture / trigger point release.

I use this anytime I have a headache and I feel like my eyeball is going to explode. When my headaches occur, my husband will massage my head but I always wish that my eyeballs could be massaged too. I’ve tried the eye massager that you wear like a mask but I didn’t feel much and it didn’t target the areas I needed massaged. With the small point, I am able to sweep it side to side massaging my eyes very carefully and applying pressure in the right areas.

The balls at the end are not smooth and scratch the skin.

Works great, but if you're using cream, it becomes very slippery. I think a better design would be a triangular stick that is engraved, for a good grip

Great for vagus nerve stimulation

I grind my teeth in my sleep and this thing is like a head scratcher for your jaw. If you have any pain, just buy it because I love this tool. Caution you may lose it.
