I have had two of these cases and for reasons that will become apparent, I need to buy a third. Initially I bought one at £12.99. To replace with exactly the same product, today will cost £32.99. This price hike is only fanning the flames of inflation.2. There's a hole right over the front camera. This allows dirt and water ingress requiring the whole case to be replaced. I really don't understand the logic. If people really need to share their boat race with others, surely it would be better to protect the little lense.3. You know this is Chinese because there's no consideration for our planet. I'm no eco warrior, but I do detest waste. Because of the way the thumbprint reader and screen protector work, it is not possible to detach, clean the screen protector and reassemble with a working thumbprint reader. Whatismore, they do not supply replacement screen protectors. Two come in the box, but only one works with the thumbprint reader.When the unnecessary hole in the front of the screen protector has let in too much dirt and it becomes so difficult to read the phone's screen, a clean or replacement screen protector is not possible, one has to buy a completely new case, even though 98% of the product is perfectly functional.I have raised these issues before with the manufacturer and they've had years to implement changes. As the manufacturer has failed to act, I will fail to buy the product a third time.
