OMRON MicroAir U100 Portable Nebuliser – Compact, Silent Nebuliser Machine for Adults, Effective for Respiratory Conditions from Cold to Asthma

This is a great nebuliser. I've used it on airplanes, and this is silent, much unlike the hospital ones. It's nice and small, but you have to clean it every time! I like how it comes with a mouthpiece as well as a face mask. Highly recommended if you need a nebuliser at home or on the go. You can take it on a plane without having to tell the airline, as it takes AA batteries too, which is a massive plus!

The maschine is great overall. Nebulizing is difficul. Liquid spill. Difficult to hold in a certain position as medicated solutions sip through. You have to keep moving it about to get the medication to nebulize properly. the small filter cap with a silicone or such material breaks easily even with the slightest and most carefull handeling of the product, breaks. The masks that come with it are very unconfortable, but that is a minor problem. Overall I like it because is small, pretty powerful and very good as a product for nebulizind medicine for bronchial problems in general, yet it doesn't last long and no parts can be replaced.

I tried the X105 device first, a much larger tabletop device that must be plugged in. I thought that the throughput might be better and that this portable device might not be as good and the batteries would run out quickly. I was wrong, I cannot see any downside in the Nebulisation ability from this smaller device and because it is so small and portable I tend to use it more around the house. The battery life is around 4 hrs and I cannot see why you would use this for more than 20mns a day unless you are very unwell. As for Nebulidsation helping with COPD type issues I find it very good and a much better alternative to using potentially-harmful decongestant drugs

Made of really cheap feeling plastic, it leaks nebulising liquid everywhere. A cheap piece of junk that is unfortunately quite expensive. Not fit for purpose. Tried contacting Omron's customer services, firstly using their online form, and got a message saying 419 page expired which I assume means that the page was not sent, and then via phone - the agent did not seem surprised or concerned and merely told me to send it back to Amazon.

This model is a very big improvement on what was already an excellent device. Parts lock and click together very well, avoiding any spillage, and the mesh device provides far more flow of the nebulised liquid. The battery compartment also has a much better cover than before, and the on/off switch is far superiori. It also hold twice as much liquid as before. It is so good I have bought a second one so I have a spare at all times in my car. Thank you for the superb improvements.

Wat een slechte service van zowel omron als Amazon. De medicijncontainer is van slechte kwaliteit. En als die niet meer sluit vernevelt hij ook niet meer. En kom maar eens in Contact voor oplossingen. Van kastje naar de muur. Inmiddels meerdere vernevelaar gehad en allemaal hetzelfde probleem.

Lo compre para administrar medicamento a un niño de 3 años y funciona muy bien, incluye un estuche para que puedas guardarlo una vez que no este en uso. Ventajas: - Es muy silencioso, el sonido que emite es casi imperseptible, por lo que puedes usarlo mientras el infante ve la television o hace alguna otra actividad. A diferencia de los nebulizadores de compresor que son muy ruidosos. - Es muy portable, no es pesado. - Usa baterias AA, puedes reemplazar las baterias, esto pareceria una desventaja pero el ultimo nebulizador recargable que compre dejo de cargar al poco tiempo y tuve que desechar el aparato completo. - Facil de limpiar, se puede desensamblar para darle una mejor limpieza. Desventajas: - Es un poco caro en comparacion a los modelos de compresor. - Existen refacciones pero no se venden en Mexico. - He leido que se tiene que tener mas cuidado que con los tradicionales de compresor. Recomendacion: Lee cuidadosamente el manual para entender los cuidados que necesita, asi puedes alargar su vida util. No tires la bolsa con silicio que viene en el empaque, por lo general estos aparatos estan sin uso por meses, la bolsa antihumedad te puede servir para guardarlo.

You pay extra for the compactness and silent operation. This nebulizer was perfect for my 2 year old. We knew he wouldn't take nebulization while being awake (had tried unsuccessfully at a clinic earlier) because the noise and the fumes scared him. So, the alternative was to do it while he was asleep. I first bought a nebulizer from another brand (at half the price) that claimed to be silent but in reality wasn't and I ended up scaring and waking up my kid. Decided to upgrade to the Omron MicroAir and I am beyond impressed.
