ZOICMen's Ether Camo Mountain Bike MTB Cycle Riding Short Relaxed Fit 12 inch Inseam, UPF 50+

I just bought a new pair, have had a previous pair (same exact model) for 3 years and have ridden at least 2000 miles in them. I love these shorts, and they are 1 of 2 (now 2 of 2) primary riding shorts, and have held up almost perfectly. No durability issues.Like some other reviewers, me in tight riding shorts is no longer in anyone's best interest, so I appreciate the "modesty" of these shorts. Some folks call these mountain biking shorts, but I use them for road biking and they work fine. Pad is on the big side, as noted by other reviewers, but doesn't bother me at all.Problems that prevented a 5-star rating: 1) Like others, I've had issues with the zipper on the old pair. I find that when the zipper pops open, I can fix it by pulling it all the way down and then back up, but I've had a couple rides with extra ventilation because I didn't catch the zipper malfunction. So it's not a deal breaker for me, but definitely not something that should happen on shorts at this price point. 2) My older pair are tan. I always use sunscreen when I ride, and the leg fabric quickly became permanently stained a grayish color for the bottom 2" or so -- I assume from the sunscreen and/or my sweat. Really hoping my new (gray camo) pair doesn't stain.A couple reviewers complained about the front pockets on these. Yeah, they're basically useless when riding because of shallowness, location and lack of zipper/velcro to seal them. BUT you get a zippered pocket on side of each thigh, another one on back of right thigh, and a zippered wallet pocket. Between these and the fact that all my riding shirts/jackets have multiple pockets, I don't miss the front pockets at all. Overall, I LOVE these shorts.UPDATE: My recently (2020) purchased version of these shorts have no zipper issues, and the fabric has not been stained by my sunscreen. I consider these 2 issues resolved.

I received two pairs of shorts in the time promised. Though I haven't ridden in them yet they fit perfectly and the material is high quality. These are very unique and well made shorts. Highly reccomend them. I am about a 34 waist and they seem to be perfect fitting may be a little on the snug side as its thanksgiving and I've want way too much over the last week

I did have a bad experience with a zipper on a previous pair of these shorts. I've had many other pairs and only had an issue once, so hopefully the quality control has been addressed. I went on a ride in these tonight and they're very comfy as expected. I will add an update if I have any durability issues with this pair. The gray camo looks nice, it's a bit darker than in the product photo. Very convenient, also, since the pattern hides dirt and sweat very nicely! I also stick to the patterns and darker colors.

Great looking and has nice fabric quality. Very versatile with a bike padding liner that you can remove separately to wear. This is the second pair of shorts that I purchased. I would not recommend a dryer after a wash; in my first pair of shorts, the rubber borders around the zipper pockets started to peel away and the plastic parts that form the elastic belt broke apart.

Great shorts . Inner short felt tight until after first ride. Made the 20 mile ride very comfortable.

Zoic makes amazing shorts that are true to size. The shirts a amazing but sizes are off.

I've owned more than one pair of Zion shorts, and i have not been disappointed, the fit great and last a long time. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Love these shorts.Had them on a few rides now and they are cool and comfortableAccording to my daughter , these are the answer for "old guys" like me ,who should not be going out in public in regular spandex biking shorts. They may be considered mountain biking shorts but I use them on a road bike as well as my mountain bikeThe liner and pad are really comfortable and move like I do , the shorts on the outside are cut and seamed for a bike saddle. The zipper pockets are sideways to keep things in which is a good thing for my phone since I have broke a few phone holders that mount on the handle bars.The key chain holder in the pocket is a bonus.

Fit,comfort,padding and style are perfect. I ended buying another pair in green. If they had more colours i would buy a third pair.

Great shorts - the padded lining is removable so you can ride with/without it as needed. Pockets come in handy as well.

Love Zoic, great product, this is my 3rd pair, I Ride year round with them.

Aside from the included chamois ripping on the second day they're awesome. I'd happily buy another pair.
