This thing is a tank!! I use this watch everyday and it still looks new but most importantly it keeps time just as good as my phone does.

I almost returned the watch when a brilliant idea came to mind—why don’t I just replace the somewhat chintzy bracelet with a leather one? So I did, and it won me over. The case is finished nicely and I really enjoy the real blue dial with the sapphire crystal hovering above it. Like I said, bracelet rattles and feels insignificant, but I don’t think that’s a reason not to buy this watch, especially at the $137 sale price I bought it for. The bracelet wasn’t a hair puller and was still comfortable. However, I would love to see the Seiko Essential line with some leather strap options for those who want to ditch the bracelet without having to pay an additional price. Still, solid watch with or without the included bracelet.

I like how it looks very classy and has a nice blue ocean color. BUT, changing dates can be VERY annoying
