My dermatologist recommended!
Whether we smear them on or put them into our bodies, phytoceramides are an important part of skin health. Wish I noticed something, but the truth is that I may not be getting worse! I'll continue to take them because I have an excellent dermatologist, and I follow his advice!

Its ok .
Phytoceramide Supplement good for beauty , Ceramides are naturally present in the skin and lock in moisture to help promote skin hydration took one capsule daily but I m not sure , this supplement doing any thing or don't will take more long to show any results Sofar no result. not any irritation or side effects I am feeling while rake this supplement
