Are the vitamins in here synthetic or derived from foods? The reason why I ask is humans are only able to absorb like 3% of synthetic vitamins.

From what I read on their website the vitamins are not synthetic- it's amazing coffee-I have had every morning for the last 3 weeks and I feel a difference in my energy level- I'm a skeptic so that says a lot coming from me......

Is this compatible worh keurig 2.0?

There is a model (or 2) of Keurig made in the mid-2000's that will not accept "non-keurig" pods. There is a fix and you should be able to find a kit for it on Amazon. The kit has a plastic piece that you put over the "eye" or reader (near the needle) that will aid in by-passing how the coffee machine reads the label. On the foil label of authentic keurig pods, the outer edge of the foil covering is a ring. It is what authenticates to the coffee machine that the pod is genuine keurig. A couple of years after they made this model machine, the patent expired on the pods. Thereby, allowing people the right to use other manufacturer's pods. However.... that is only good for Keurig machines made after these models. So if you have a model that gives you errors about your pods, look for that "fix" that will bypass this error. Or purchase a newer Keurig. They've made many changes over the years that you might enjoy better. Including a smaller foot print. ;)

How does this contain mct oil but 0g of fat? "good fats" still are recorded as fat on nutrition labels, my standalone mct oil has fat on the label....

Someone had a similar question on Amazon, and the answer: There are 0.5g of fat in each pod. Maybe the amount of fat is too insignificant to be listed?
