This retractable garden hose reel is simply excellent. What I liked the most is the durability of the material and how easily the hose retracts. Fairly easy install. It is secure and looks clean. Just make sure you have the proper bit for your drill (ie masonry bit for brick). The reel works great. The sprayer isn’t the best but you can replace if you want. Purchased a second one for the front yard.

The product is amazing! A very smooth retraction with the hose, and super easy to install. The only downside is that the hand held sprayer that comes with the unit is very frail and already broke after only using it a second time. Would be awesome if they'd send me a replacement ;-)

We mounted this to our outside wall and it is a nice improvement. Is up off the ground, each to retract and store the hose, no bending or cranking a flimsy hose reel. Most likely I will use these for all my hoses

This seems to be a good retractable water hose for now. My problem was the instructions for the mount that screws into the brick. Instructions read to use 3/8 masonry drill bit. Then you put the screw inserts in. Then you screw the lag bolts into the inserts and the idea is for the inserts to spread and lock the bolt into the brick. Problem is that the 3/8 drill bit was too big so when I started to screw the bolts in, they pushed the inserts through the brick. I finally managed to do some MacGyver ingenuity to get it to hold. It looks good though. And the black blends in with the surrounding more..

Installed on a dock piling. Used to wash down my boat after salt water cruises. Took 5-10 mins to installAfter use turn off water to release water pressure then stand at unit end holding hose gently pull to retract. Do not hold sprayer end during retraction as the hose will tangle.This unit was a great addition to my maintenance.
