Yes. There are 2 methods to supply power. When the ps5 is off, you can supply power by a 5V/3A-5A adapter with a usb-c cable and charge ps5 controllers & psvr2 controllers.

The base size of the cooling stand is 12.7x11.1x1.4inches and the headset holder is 16 inches in height.

Q: Will protective covers on controllers affect charging?

No.I have protective covers on my controllers but it charges normally.

Q: What's magnetic terminals?

They are the charging connectors.You need to plug one into the type-c port of the controller before charging, then you will get a wireless charging.No need to take it out when not charging. It's much convenient.Great controller accessories.
