Jack N' Jill 2x Replacement Heads for Buzzy Brush Electric Toothbrush

My little boy absolutely loved this brush, he brushed his teeth 3 times in a row. I had to take it away because it was so loud. I worked out you can use it without the music if you press it a certain amount of times. I have to be honest I threw the instructions away so I probably should have started there but it is pretty intuitive.

I needed a replacement heads for old Jack’n’Jill toothbrush and the picture of this item is for the old one. But I got the replacement heads for the new version of Jack’n’Jill, so it didn’t fit to my old one. Unfortunately I didn’t expect the wrong item to be sent and opened it to try and fit. So, now I don’t know if they will give my money back or not. On my photo you can see it looks like the heads for new version, not as it looks on Amazon photo. So, it’s a different looking item was sent!

My son has had buzzy brush since Dec 2018 and came with a 2 pack of heads so we have only just run out. Ordered these but did not fit - had not realised a v2 came out in 2019 and these seem to be the heads for v2 brush so incompatible for our brush unfortunately.

Bought the brush 2 months ago and the heads clearly don't fit.
