Totally recommended, an awesome resource for kids to get to know artand it’s history.
An incredibly beautiful book used in our HE house as our history of art as well as spring board for further study and actual art projects. We LOVE this one! Written so well for my kids to stay engaged and retain information. Used in our home school since they were 7 and 10 years old.

You won’t be disappointed
Lovely book. I wasn’t sure because of the price and not sure my son would bother with it but it’s well worth the price.It’s a really easy to read and enjoyable journey through the ages of art. Highly recommend it. Wish I had had it when I was young!Love the illustrations and quality of the paper it’s printed on

What a beautiful book
Absolutely amazing. It goes through history focusing on art and artists. The illustrations are beautiful. It's fact filled but easy to read, a must have.

Amusing and informing.
They say don't buy a book for it's cover and I wouldn't have been tempted for this reason. But it's a truly lovely storybook inside, very well thought out and written.

Super book!
Bought as a present for a 12 year old but I am enjoying it myself before the birthday.Covers a huge period in art but with a personal touch as each painter is covered as though they are living through a particular day.Well illustrated throughout.

Art anthology.
Cannot put this book down. Informative and readable. Gives the lay person a foundation of Art and develops the curiosity to discover more.

A children's history of art.
Great book, was recommended by an art teacher to share with children the history of art. I too highly recommend.Delivered very quickly, was not expecting it for another week!
