I was going to order a Chromebook the same as I've had for the last few year's then came across.this one and liked the look of it. The reviews we're positive so was the price. Ordered it and delivery was very good. I transferred everything from my old Chromebook to this one. I can't believe the difference, it's so up to date. The quality is so good, picture is perfect and quick. Don't know why I waited so long to get a new one. Try it if you don't like it, which you will. You can return it but you won't.

Switches straight on, no need to wait for loading up OS. A really good bit of RAM memory. Nice compact design and not too heavy with all you need as MY SOFTWARE.

I'm so pleased with my little Chromebook, which is the first one I've owned. I've always used PCs and I do have a standard 15.5" laptop which is permanently parked on my dining table that I use every day, but I like to write fiction and to do this, I prefer to take a laptop out to write away from home. My laptop is too big, heavy and unwieldy for this, but the Chromebook is perfect. So lightweight and pretty user friendly - I had put off getting one as I thought it might not be so great for the MS office suite, but they work well enough for my purposes, so no problems there. I did have an issue with there being no shift lock (I'm a proper touch-typist of some 65 years' experience and this drove me nuts, especially as a writer, but Google is, as ever, one's friend, and I discovered it was possible to change the setting for the menu key (which is where the shift lock should be), so it's now working fine. Great battery life too. All in all, for the price, it is exceptional value.
