Good knife
Full tang, forged steel with hardness 57 HRC knife how come this cheap.1.4116 steel is X50CrMoV15 in German STD that most German brands use for their knifes.The construction and material is as good as top end knife.This knife is forged steel, not a stamped knife. Normally forged steel is double price within same brand.2 things I don't like. the bolster that make sharpening difficult and 16-18° each side edge is not sharp.I have to sharpen all knifes to around 14° then they are bang.They are as sharp and good as 20 - 30 times more expensive knife.I order one more set as a gift to friend and consider one or two more sets in future.Homgeek is Chinese brand, you can google/ watch youtube for detail.

Der Messerblock mit den Messern und Schere gefällt mir sehr gut. Sogar ein Messerschärfer ist dabei und der Block sieht sehr stylisch aus. Guter Kauf. Sehr scharfe Messer. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Arrivato all'interno di un altra scatola pretettiva è comunque risultato ammaccato all'esterno,non ho fatto il reso perché all'interno era tutto ok.Il prodotto è carino e con molti componenti, direi che a questo prezzo è il meglio da trovare.
