I would say a LG. Awesome jacket!

Q: Will this fit a Taurus G3c?

Will fit , depending on how the jacket fits you,it may print a little. My my sds 45 is similar in size

Q: Will the holster fit a ruger p345?

Since I vaguely remember my p345 being a full frame, it will not fit. If not a full frame then it will fit. My g17 did not fit even after adjusting the Velcro straps that hold the gun in place. The problem with these jackets is extremely poor quality control. I ordered 2. So far both came with major fabric issues such as holes in pockets or extremely poor and torn stitching. It’s a shame because if not for that, the jackets seemed really comfortable.
