You have to use it on a regular basis to keep teeth white. Use right amount for it to last. It does work but gel is pricey but you have to weigh it out what is best for yourself.

Noticeably whiter. If it hadn’t been for the burning on the inside of my lips I would have given it a 5 star rating. Product says non-sensitive but after 10 mins in my mouth tray, the inside of my lips are on fire and hurt.
