I HAD to take the time to review. Probably my fav purchase on Amazon. I read reviews, and spent two weeks choosing a metal top gazebo. SO GLAD I chose this one. I have the 12x10 model. Unlike many manufacturers out there, you do not lose a whole foot due to roof overhang, it is the closest to 10 x 12 space inside. The directions for assembly are VERY clear. It does come in three boxes and the third box came a different day so be patient. EASY to assemble, but cmon, of course you need at least one other person. We assembled with three. Three or four people and you will have it up in no time. Being three big boxes it looks overwhelming, but it really was pretty slick. We put it in during a heat wave last week. With no breaks we WOULD have had it done in less than three hours, but it was so hot, we HAD to take breaks. None of my parts were damaged or missing. It rained the evening we put it up-to this day, NO LEAKS. All holes lined up, etc. just fine. The integrated gutter is genius. No water pouring off the roof at all. Love sitting it in during rain and storm. All is beyond my expectations-thus far, KOW. I DO live in WI so I plan on reinforcing the roof with 2x4 supports for winter so I do not have to brush it off. If I recall correctly I think it is rated for 6 inches? And with a black roof, the winter sun should clear it off, but I won't risk it. Love this thing too much. I did add window screen between the two tier roof to keep bugs out from entering through the top. We hung a box fan on low setting facing the top of roof, to blow out top heat, and it is always comfy in here.

We absolutely love our hard top gazebo! We bought the dark grey. The gazebo itself is black and the curtains are dark grey which is perfectfor matching our home! We placed ours up on our deck. We have lots of mosquitoes where we live so our deck wasn't being used! Now we are out on the deck every night watching the glorious sunsets and enjoying the night air! It arrived very quickly, at least a week before it said it would be here! All of the parts were there. I love how they sent extra tools and screws! Everything was labeled really well! It took my husband about 6 1/2 hours to put together! My son helped with the framework! My husband said it would have been better if he had help with the roof as well! The instructions could have been better because they are just pictures but the video was helpful to watch before putting it up! We bolted the gazebo into our deck because we live at the mouth of a canyon and we have a lot of wind! So far so good! We have had a couple of rainstorms as well and the only leaks we had were at the seams on the rain gutters which we caulked with black caulk! We bought ours on the Prime Day Sale which basically paid for the shipping which was great!

I liked that it arrived quickly. The printed instructions are basic and assembly took about 8 - 10 hours. Some details were vague in the drawings and we had to back track once or twice. BUT, you only have to assemble it once. The metal construction is far superior to the fabric over a frame gazebo. The screens are very handy for keeping bugs out at night and I love that we can enclose it and enjoy our patio in the winter. This has been a huge upgrade to our patio enjoyment.

The media could not be loaded. Finally received all the boxes and had a chance to start putting it together. We had a 10x12 previous and this is not even close. It measures 9 ft 1 in x 11 ft 4 in. So almost a whole foot shorter unless this company is measuring the size of the roof which I haven't gotten to yet but even then it should be the structure not the roof measuments. Either way this is not a 10x12 no way. Very disappointing to say the least. Not happy when they asked me to contact FedEx when they said one box was delivered and it wasn't and the poor FedEx guy had no idea why it wasn't on the truck looking for it for10 mins. So if you want a true 10x12 do not buy this. Frustrated at this whole process. Nice looking so I will give it that and that only. Person saying you don't loose a ft is wrong. Also not going to keep bugs out when the roof has wide open holes as per pic that is totally and as you can see spaces. So what is the point of selling it with netting and curtains? It isn't going to keep bugs out on top. Supplying a video so you can see that water just pours down and does not all go in the gutter. At each seem the rain showers down and the product states with gutter no more rain coming down on the sides. Wish I could pack this back up and return it such a huge mistake from the shipping to the product. My old one didn't have rain pour down like that right where you would walk in or out it. Please do not buy and thus review will not be shown unless you hit the one stars which I should have done. Sorry forgot to attach the video

Well made. Kind of a booger to put together, but just time consuming. All parts are numbered so it is easy to follow. You’ll need a drill bit for the concrete holes for the holding bolts and time but it’s beautiful when completed
