Works well and very good easy to fit, pity can’t send old one for refurbish

Just what I expected & worked well on a Bathtub Adaptation I created

To relax after 11 operations on my back.

These don't last: the old one made 3 years, April-October outside. I'd fixed the impeller once, then it gave up totally. The new one is exactly the same as the old one and works just as well. Delivery was prompt. I'd happily buy from The vendor again.

Pump runs perfect only description said grey and it was blue but still good buy

Liked that the pump turned up before predicted arrival date . I bought this one to replace my old one . All connected and heating up well been in lazy spa every day since up and running thanks Paul

This is my 2nd pump the original one lasted 14 months. Not a great advert for the product.

Cannot recommend this seller highly enough, absolutely brilliant and first rate customer service. Item arrived promptly and was extremely well packaged. Very minor defect found when installed and when I contacted the seller, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Rapid response and resolution to my issue, came straight round to repair the defect at my convenience and was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. As well as extremely apologetic for the issue which was barely an irritation. Even offered to assist me with an unrelated issue free of charge for my troubles. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you very much for all your help.
