TNC Carbon - Aquarium plant food / Aquatic fertiliser liquid CO2 alternative (1000ml)

It was my second purchase after previously buying the smaller bottle where it was extremely good even for difficult red plants and in this occasion Algae started to envelope my tank. Even directly applying the liquid didnt help and it kept on growing until a point when I decided to get myself pressurized CO2 system. Prior to spending that much money, I tried to control the light, made my fert dosage consistent and none of it actually helped. I still have 3/4th of the bottle unused.

I have been using this product for a month and have not noticed any improvement in plant growth although I have dosed every day as instructed. I have lost several plants despite an LED lighting unit which supplies good light and I have lights on for 8 hours a day. I have now bought plants that grow with low CO2

Use this instead of CO2 in my two smaller aquariums and it seems to be doing the job. Plants doing great and none of the problems that I'm getting in my pressurised CO2 tank. Have used it to treat Black Beard Algae and I'm pretty sure that it helped with that (along with a lot of pruning).

Don't want to inject c02 and have all that kit. this is simple to use to add carbon to your plants.....

Plants grow really well with this, stopped using it for a couple of weeks and you can really tell the difference when you are using it!

Seems to do the required job and is value for money at just 3ml a day used.

Didn’t notice any difference in my tank at all even though I was using this daily for weeks
