Initially I rated at 5 starts but dropped to 3 once I realized the lake of post sale support from the manufacturer. The product itself works but there is zero support from the manufacturer is none. No web site, forums, or contact info to ask questions, not replaceable consumable (e.g. that tip cleaning brush with a hole in the center), and my question here was not answered. I understand that this is a cheap Chinese product but the lifetime of a soldering station should be many years and basic support and consumable is reasonable to expect.

does not work and it has not been more the 11 months and i barley use it, amazon is refusing to replace or refund or service and wants me to contact a Chinese manufacture even though the previous chat agent promised me a refund, not worth buying. when it does work it works when it wants to.
