Waste of time, read the other reviews.(Update) Amazon accepted return and gave refund when I explained my problem with no issue.
I thought I would give this cable a go even though I had read the reviews, I had hoped for a positive experience. The experience has been I had some hum and static on my monitor speakers coming from PC and other music related equipment and I thought ground loop.I ordered a hum destroyer and it has arrived after waiting for it to be in stock for some time.Hum destroyer took away the hum but the static remained, I then discovered that if I touched the cables at the back and pushed slightly on them it improved.I then changed the adam hall cable with the original (cheaper) cable I had replaced with this adam hall cable and nothing, no hum, no static. Now out of window for return so not pleased.End of story, don't waste your time and hearing on these cables, see soldering on the picture. If the seller will allow return of this defective item for a refund then I will changed my review from 1 star but right now I am not researching how to return this after the return window.(Update) I had no issue once I found how to contact amazon about this issue. What you do is type CUSTOMER SUPPORT into the search bar at top of page hit enter and then select contact us near the top of the results.Hope that helps :)Upped my rating from 1 star to 3 stars after refund.

Rubber, metal, no cheap plastic
These cables seem to be high quality. They are robust, yet very flexible, and the spring relief at the back of each connector adds to this. The connectors used are a metal barrel type which when unscrewed reveal high quality soldering. Furthermore, the cable is firmly held in place by each connector’s metal clamp, which is bent around it. One big advantage here is that because the connectors are easily unscrewed (i.e. not the plastic moulded type), if the leads ever do go intermittent, you can easily repair them yourself if you have a soldering iron.I use these cables, together with a stereo aux in 3.5mm to 2 x RCA phono splitter cable, and two RCA phono couplers to provide a high quality connection between the headphone output of my Google Nexus 7 tablet and two of my beer can amplifier speakers, which due to the abundant length of cable, can be placed several meters apart to add a great spatial dimension to my music (e.g. Spotify, TuneIn Radio). I have tested other cables, whereby, just stepping on a connector lying on the carpet, or even just moving one of the speakers, will cause a interruption to the signal. However in this case, the connection is solid throughout. The cables are supplied stuck together, but are easily pulled apart as required.

Good leads, that work well
Not a lot else you can say really. I was using some phono to phono plug leads with some phono socket to 1/4" jack adapters. The 1/4" jack bit of the adapter kept getting stuck in my Focusrite USB Audio Interface and I was worried that forcibly pulling it out would damage it. These leads work fine and the 1/4" jack doesn't get stuck in anything.

These adaptors for phono/jack interconnection worked perfectly.
Used to link line outputs to mixer inputs these cables worked fine.
