It’s sea salt I like the coarseness.

Big grains of salt, I use it in my coffee grounds and I’m sure you can use it in recipes but not to sprinkle on food or use for margaritas. Probably perfect for a salt grinder.

I used this salt in a recipe that specifically called for coarse kosher salt. The finished baked good had some areas where the salt didn't dissolve, making that bite too salty. Lesson learned! I won't use this salt for any recipes where the salt isn't fully dissolved in hot liquid.
