Good and sturdy product
It is a good idli maker. The design is very good, easy to use and can be cleaned easily.

Not suitable for cooking
Apparatus is not at all fitting into each other. Screws are not fitting tightly and all the lids are loose because of that. How come food will be cooked in it. Don't buy it and waste your time

Item may look low quality but it's useful enough
Except for the lid , everything is perfect. Time and Gas saving item. Worth the price i would say since it's quite cheap compare to other items. But it's usefull so you can buy. Sturdiness not quite sure.

Poor quality
Very poor quality. The handle on the lid doesn't fit properly and breaks off while lifting the lid. I have tried screwing it multiple times but it breaks off every time.

Poor packaging
Pathetic product packaging as if they don't even try to open their own product. The lid is locked and there is not way to open it without hammering it or bashing it against a hard surface and risk damaging it. Please get your packaging team's act together.

Not as expected. Quality should be better.
Cooker lid is not fitting properly, too tight to open. Provided screw for knob to open is loose. Idli plates are too small and steel is very poor quality.After first use this condition.
