🚀 Elevate Your 3D Printing Game!
SuperElastic 3D Printer Resin is a high-performance material with a 60A Shore hardness, designed for creating soft silicone-like prototypes. With a fast printing speed of 50um layers in just 1.3 seconds, it enhances productivity by at least 40% and meets ISO 10993-5 safety standards, making it perfect for realistic human simulations.

good for gaskets
This is for sure not a beginners resin but it fills a niche. I'm printing thin gaskets that get clamped between plastic parts to create a water tight seal. This has enough squish that it does a very good job of it. Print settings that ended up working on my Halot Lite are 1 base layer at 5 seconds and 2.5 seconds per .1mm layer. At 2 seconds I saw layer separation between the first and subsequent layers. At 3 seconds I saw some curling in the final print. Since I'm printing flat to the plate, these do need to be scraped off. A sharp scraper with firm pressure gets clean release but have no illusions that this will pop off the plate. Even with thorough washing and post curing, the top layer remains tacky. Getting it to be non-tacky requires that prints be rinsed with virgin IPA and then left in the sun for hours. For reasons that are beyond me, my curing chamber wouldn't get it done.

Not as advertised
The is a flexible resin if that’s all your looking for go for it.It prints nice, I suggest printing at very low layer hight the squish causes ever more print errors the higher your layer height. I printed this at .02mm at 3 seconds. Tall objects are difficult. It has very low Oder which makes me want to try out more of this companies resin to see if that’s a trend. The gripe I have is it’s advertised as shore 40A when it’s closer to 40C I would love to know how they could even think it was “A” soft. It also has a very low elongation to break probably less then 30% which also isn’t very silicon like. This is just typical flexible resin as far as mechanicals go.

Great product!
I do not like this product straight. It's fairly brittle on its own. But when you mix it, ( I mix with Monocure 3D SuperFlex) basically creates a durable soft silicone like material. The best cleaner for this is IPA, I used Monocure's resin away (too oily and never removed all the resin), IPA, and denatured alcohol. IPA has most consistent results. Must be clean IPA or causes fogging.

A great resin for making parts with some flex and strength!
So far, the 3DMaterials SuperFast SuperElastic, is working great in my Phrozen Sonic Mini 8k. I really like that they give you recommended layer settings for some of the most used resin printers, it means I will not waste as must while tuning the printer to the resin. It is an engineering grade resin, and it does have a silicon type of feel with a surprising amount of give and flex.I had not thought about mixing it with other resins to change the properties of both, but thanks to another review (thank you Kerby & Erin!), I will be trying it very soon and I will update my review. I can confirm that using it straight, it can be a little difficult to remove from the plate so I do recommend being patient, but I was able to remove them with no damage (though at first my nerves may have been a different story, lol).Overall, I really do like the 3DMaterials SuperFast SuperElastic and I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a soft, silicon type of material!

Amazing Resin
This is some really amazing resin. It cures pretty clear and is like a stiffer silicone once it is cured. It has a lot of practical uses from gaskets to soft cushions between parts. It's a really cool resin to print with.

Great as a mixer!
We got this because it seemed too cool not to get!Admittedly, it works better as a mixer to make other resins more rubbery (think tenacious) than it does as actual rubbery resin.Don't get me wrong, it works great and produces a wonderful silicone-like prints with lots of flexibility which can be tricky to remove from the build plate and tear when moving too much.We like to mix this with other resins to give them more give, and love making keychains with then since the prints will flex an move instead of break. It is pricy, but you can extend its mileage if you mix with other things.Definitely worth a snag just to try if nothing else
