So much more comfortable to hold and easy to unlock. I use it nearly every day. Perfect for cooking and turning over the item being browned. Perfect for picking up a slice of bread from a pan. Gave one away and my cousin feels the same way and uses it all the time when cooking. With a small lightweight pair of tongs, they get used far more frequently than their bigger brothers and sisters. They live on top of the stove now for easy access.

Had two of these, purchased in store with name “Farberware” embossed on the metal handles, and “somebody” walked off with one. Now we have too many. These do not have the brand name on them, but they are exactly the same. They have been through the dishwasher many times and continue to work perfectly, with no rust.

Ordered because the color in the photo matches my kitchen, but they are actually cobalt blue. I'll still use them, just won't hang them from my crock which is the only reason I bought them :/

These are a nice size. I don't like the metal square ring that is to hold them closed, makes it tricky to use them.

Works great and washes up great in the dust washer.

Cheap, flimsy but serve their purpose. Thus, well worth the cost.
