Cheap and simple and perfect for the job
Brilliant little crane and ideal for diy enthusiasts who don’t wanna spend too much. The instructions are difficult to read but apart from that the whole package is great.

I like it. Does exactly what I needed at the right price.
This is decent value. Well made (ignore folk complaining the holes are not aligned, they are if you relax the nuts and then tighten). Instructions are laughable, refer to the spare parts diagram on the back of the leaflet and you’ll see exactly where everything goes. Yes, there is the odd light scratch (in my case I think from transit) but the paint is thick enough and seems good quality. It comes in two boxes, the long one of which was rather trashed on delivery but all was still inside. Once you get your head around that parts diagram it this is easy to assemble. I’ve not pushed it hard - my fly press only weighs around 150kg, but it lifted this with ease. Was also reasonably easy to move about once the weight is borne, which in my cramped workshop was a boon. The castors are metal and durable. It folds up nicely. As others have mentioned, a little standardisation of bolt and nut sizes wouldn’t have hurt at all, but really at this price if it does what you expect don’t complain. You only assemble it once. I think mine is a keeper so long as I have room. Something useful maybe once every couple of years, but when it is needed…

Instructions poor
Appears heavy duty. Instructions very basic Pity they couldn't standardise all the different lengths of bolts and just have the longer length.

For the price, it's great!
Great value bit of kit. Ended up costing the same as renting one for a couple of days, so buying made far more sense. A lot of reviews mention poor instructions or holes not lining up - that’s user error. The manual has a clear exploded diagram showing which bolts go where. Not sure on a bolt size? Just measure it. And if holes don’t match, it’s because you’ve already tightened things down too early. As with any metal frame, loosely fit everything first, then tighten once it’s together. The kit itself works well, packs down neatly, and is surprisingly easy to carry. Only thing worth noting is the legs don’t lock when folded, so a bungee cord helps keep them in place. The finish on the welds isn’t perfect, but at this price you can’t expect premium - and it does the job without issue. Worth noting, the delivery came in two parcels on two separate days.

Nightmare to put together
This item was a nightmare to put together . It takes 2 people . The instructions made no sense so had to wing it . Took a while . Once put together very sturdy was easy to move around and collapse but leave plenty of time to put together 😵💫🤦♀️

An affordable way to singlehanded mount a 40kg roof tent. With an extra 'mod', this works well.
Well, needed a way to lift a 40kg roof tent on & off a Jeep Wrangler single handedly safely, that also didn't break the bank and this was 90% there. Brought the 2 ton extra weight model, as it adds to the safe usefulness, margin (At very little extra cost. Just added an extension box section to the arm & it works well! A bonus, it may even get used as an engine lift, one day... But as far as needed, this was the most cost effective route. It is also surprisingly well made for the money. Better still is that it is easily folded into a compact, small footprint for storage.

Great value crane
Not the best but does the job. Instructions are vague and takes a while to put up. Use it to remove a roof tent from a car* worked great. Need two people really for balance. Was a bit sketchy on my own. But happy I’ll be able to get the tent on and off as I please. Rather than off every few years :) *requires an extension (not included)
