Good quality item as expected. Could be used with any type of pans. It is recommendable not to be let inside the pan during the cooking process. We have another one which we use for more than 5 years and still is in great condition. We are using it for frying meat and vegetables and searing stakes and the like. This one is present for our son.

like all wmf kitchen ware this is an excellent product. it is a slightly different shape to my old one so Iwas worried how well it would perform but my worries were ill founded it is very efficient.

Excellent spatula. But NOT dishwasher proof at higher temperatures: wash this often at more that 50C (if not lower) and you will have the spatula part start to loose its black colour.

Simply the best fish slice

This was a replacement item, having broken the previous one. Much poorer quality this time - head feels loose and likely to come away from the handle at any time.
