Great garage project for the kids. Tricky if you’re not a person who tinkers. Instructions not clear.

Broke 1st day, no response from company
My son and his Dad built this over the weekend. One of the pieces that connects wiring to give the car power broke. I emailed the company twice and have gotten no response. I tried finding the part online but it isn’t named in the instructions so the replacements I ordered did not work. Hoping to hear back to fix it.
