Miracle!
This product is incredible I was rushed to A&E with 2nd degree burns to my cheek. I was not given enough of this stuff so at the GP check up 48rs later they gave me a prescription only to find almost every chemist out of stock/needed to order in... so I found it on here it was delivered ASAP. In less than 12 days my burn looks amazing and I have mixed black skin, being able to wear a small cutting of this under a gauze at work during the week then airing the wound when I slept or again using these nets to keep moist in case I scratched in my sleep and airing at weekends rubbing in jelly every 2hrs - I would definitely recommend this product my burn is hardly noticeable now.

Good product
I bought these when I had a bad burn that I needed to keep dressing at home after leaving the hospital, it was horrible, basically all my skin had come off, and… you can imagine. I used these and changed daily. They never got stuck to the mess so it was painful or scary to remove, which was a relief as I’m a wuss. That healed, and a few months later my eczema was really bad so I thought this would help stop it from drying out. It really helped a lot. I cut a bit off, fold it in layers then cover with a dressing and bandage the lot up. It made a real difference in a very short time. Now I just keep these around just in case something else horrible happens, haha.

Worth having in first aid kit. Replace as they go out of date.
In our house we are familier with this "greasy gauze" form of burn/scald dressing, and choose to have some in the first aid kit for emergencies. They are amazingly effective at taking the pain of burns away, and at starting the process of scar-free healing.Hint: Do not be afraid to apply multiple layers if deemed it necessary. They are large enough to fold for doubling up layers. I know that six layers can be beneficial.... However, if six layers is not enough to stop the pain, take this as a sign that you should go immediately to hospital for professional treatment.in the emergency room

Very Impressive Dressings for Burns
Had a nasty partial thickness burn, these dressings came with a good coating of gel paraffin wax and were good for a day (recommend changing every 24 hours).Helped my burn heal so I didn't have to wear a dressing within 7 days - and it was several layers thick. Before this I did go to minor injuries and they used the same kind of dressing, so this is obviously the way to go with a burn.Be careful to keep things sterile though and wear gloves/wash your hands before using them. I purchased a gauze dressing pad and tape to put over this dressing (should come up automatically as a choice with amazon). All worked very well.

Difficult to ger
This was used when I worked in hospitals in the 70's but seems to have gone out of fashion. I used it on my son's gashed leg one year. It healed up quickly and without a scar.Trying to get it more recently because I had burned myself on the oven, the pharmacists knew what I was talking about but none had it. Fortunately my son had some he had bought some years before.A tip is not to put it on a burn unless you have kept it in the fridge as it will add to the burn sensation a nurse a nurse told us.Could only find it on the internet, and have split a pack with my son.
