Excellent value, great optics.
Just received this monocular (Prime - next day delivery) and on first impressions I am very pleased with it.Note that this is a purchase, and I have no connection with the manufacturer, nor have I received any incentive to give a good review.Good points:** Unlike cheaper monoculars, this gives a good, clear, sharp image all the way across the field of view. No noticeable fuzziness at the edges.** Being a 50mm objective, it has quite a wide field of view, and at 12x magnification power, it is sufficient for observing distant objects while holding it in the hand. Higher power would be difficult to keep steady enough.** There is a front lens cap attached to the objective (but it can be removed/replaced easily) and the eyepiece cap has a lug on it so you could attach this with a suitable length of thin cord as well, so as not to lose it. This is a good point not found on many monoculars.** There is a standard tripod mount socket, into which you can alternatively screw the (supplied) small adaptor and attach the wrist-strap (supplied) or mount it on a suitable tripod for very steady viewing. (Not supplied)** It is light enough for comfortable one-handed use and focusing is very easy with the top mounted wheel.** I have used the supplied phone mount and attached my iPhone to it (easily) and this works well too, though this is not an essential for me. Note that as with all these phone adaptors, you get a round image initially, but this can be corrected by using two fingers on the phone screen to zoom in a bit.I have not found any bad points!I have tried cheaper models (which are poor optically) and much more expensive ones, and this compares well with monoculars costing £100+Overall, I can recommend this monocular. I suggest that you do NOT go for anything cheaper because you probably won't get a decent enough instrument, and buying dearer will most likely not get you anything noticeably better. Thank you, Gosky.

Excellent Monocular for Bird spotting and Mobile Phone Photography
I recently purchased the Gosky Titan 12X50 High Power Prism Monocular, it is lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for bird spotting and nature observation. The magnification power of 12X and the 50mm objective lens provide a clear and sharp image even from a distance. The image quality is exceptional and the colour rendition is natural and vibrant. I was also impressed by the lens coating which minimizes glare and reflection, resulting in a clear and bright image even in bright sunlight. The added bonus of the smartphone adapter is an excellent feature that allows me to capture stunning photos and videos using my phone's camera. The adapter fits my phone perfectly and is easy to use. I've captured some amazing shots of birds and other wildlife using this feature. The build quality of the monocular is also impressive. It feels sturdy and robust, and I have no doubt it will last for many years. The included carrying case and strap make it easy to transport and store when not in use.Overall, I highly recommend the Gosky Titan 12X50 for anyone who enjoys birdspotting, nature observation, or outdoor activities. It's an excellent product for a reasonable price.

Excellent quality monocular at a very reasonable price
I bought this product as a monocular with the benefit of having the smart phone adapter as a nice additional feature. On this basis, I can say that it is a really great product. If you are mainly looking to use this as a way to take telephoto pictures with your phone - then as other reviewers have mentioned, this can be a little fiddly. In term of the product itself, it is sturdy and the quality of the lens is excellent. As a glasses wearer, one of the main benefits for me with this over binoculars is that I can easily use these without removing my glasses.Overall this is a great quality product at a very reasonable price

My best birthday present
I love everything about this monocular . I am 88 & can no longer see birds in the garden or distant objects because I have AMD Which is damaging my retinas. The view through this mono scope is incredibly perfect. It seems to project the image on to a small undamaged part of the retina . It is very quick & easy to focus. It will allow me to take photographs if I attach my phone to it using an attachment that was included .

OK but not great
Well made and good size in hand. The magnification it not pin sharp but good enough. The phone adopter works but its needs to be fitted to a tripod to take pictures as it is impossible to hold it still enough in your hand.If you want a really good quality monocular then this is not the product you. If you want something for casual bird watching whilst out on a walk then they are good enough.

Easy robust scope for the rucksack.
Good light weight instrument, easy to focus, Pull up eye-cup works well. Clear sharp central image, but with noticeable coma, pincushion and chromatic aberration towards edge of field. Objective cover is attached to the scope. Eyepiece cover can be attached to the lanyard which attaches to an eye screwed in to the tripod socket, making it easy to carry without losing the bits.

Nowhere to add neckstrap
The monocular is ok for the price . The "neckstrap " is not for the neck but to slip your hand through , this is ok if there was somewhere to attach the strap to the monocular but there are no fixings anywhere ,so the only option is to carry it around in the hand or put in a large pocket . Have not tried the phone attachment or the tiny tripod .

Ideal for occasional users or starting out
I was just after something lightweight, easy to use and can be stuck in a day sack, so on the rare occasions I see something of interest on our walks we can check it out. This meets all those needs, good magnification, easy to use and carry abs very good quality. All you need if you starting out or like us an occasional user.
