Keratosis Pilaris? Buy this!
I got the glycolic body wash and hyaluronic lotion. Originally I bought it for kp as glycolic acid is supposed to help, and I was pleasantly surprised. The little bumps on my upper arms are almost completely gone after two washes and the “strawberry skin” on my thighs is basically unnoticeable now. Originally I thought it didn’t work because I was looking at my thighs straight out of the shower, but a couple hours later the redness in my pores was gone. Also, the lotion is heaven sent. Smell is good, nothing crazy, but it leaves your skin SO soft and that’s saying a lot for me because I’ve used quite a few of them. It isn’t thick, so it’s really easy to apply and really feels like it hydrates your skin over a long period of time.As for the body wash, it’s a very minty smell which isn’t my go-to, but it’s really grown on me. Makes me feel cleaner after I get out of the shower unlike some vanilla scented stuff that leaves a residue on you. It isn’t like bar soap that completely strips you and makes it incredibly hard to shave either.Overall, both products are worth the extra money and I would definitely recommend to anyone.P.S. The photo is almost 4 hours after applying lotion

Excellent stuff!
I purchased the glycolic body wash with the retinol moisturizer. I have keratosis pilaris, or something very close to it. My arms always have a little rash, even in childhood. But when I got closer to menopause, it seemed to spread all over my arms. I did some digging online and found that retinol can help. I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try (I mean I love it on my face!).At first I was a little hesitant to try this combo. I have dry skin and acids (glycolic, lactic, retinol, and ferulic) can be very drying. But with the way my skin was looking, I figured it couldn't get much worse. I figured that I could rotate a more hydrating product into my routine as needed, just like you would do for your face when using chemical exfoliators like retinol and glycolic acid. After the first wash I was already impressed. I had read people complaining about the mint scent, but it's part of the treatment. It smells nice, I didn't find it as offensive as the reviews said. It lathers alright, but what it does for the skin is amazing. I saw a few reviews mention that it burns, but I didn't have that experience at all, and I used it on my entire body. After my shower I used the retinol lotion on my arms. Even after the first day my KP was claming down. By the next day my rash was reduced by at least half. I really wish I would have looked for something sooner, because I've had this going on my whole life. Now, let's talk about these products a little bit. I saw some confusion in the reviews about people using these products and drying out. That's because all of the acids are exfoliating, they are meant to accelerate skin resurfacing which can cause dryness. But that's what makes these products work (you can apply this knowledge to your facial products as well). I recommend using other mechanical exfoliators like body scrubs or a Buff Puff, then follow up with hydrating creams to balance out the acids. Also, if you're sensitive at first, go slow. You work up to using these type of things daily. If you start flaking and peeling, back off for a few days and use a scrub or face mask to remove the dead skin, and then use a hydrating moisturizer.Overall I'm very impressed with how effective this combo has been. I just wish I had considered using the knowledge I had about my facial products to my whole body. I love that these bottles are a decent size, not too expensive, and they actually work. I highly recommend!

Combating Aging one shower at a time :)
I recently tried the Medix 5.5 Exfoliating AHA Glycolic Acid Face & Body Scrub Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid, and I am thoroughly impressed! This product is designed to tackle common skin concerns, particularly those related to aging and dryness, which can be especially prevalent during menopause.Effectiveness: From the very first use, I noticed a significant difference in my skin texture. The glycolic acid in this scrub effectively exfoliates dead skin cells, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion. After struggling with dryness and dullness often associated with hormonal changes during menopause, this product has become a game changer for my skincare routine. My skin feels rejuvenated and looks healthier, with a noticeable reduction in the rough patches that had developed over time.Moisturizing Properties: One of the standout features of this scrub is its inclusion of hyaluronic acid, which is known for its incredible moisturizing properties. After exfoliating, my skin not only feels clean but also plump and hydrated. This is particularly important for those of us experiencing increased dryness due to menopause. The combination of exfoliation and hydration ensures that my skin retains its moisture without feeling tight or stripped.Texture and Application: The texture of the scrub is delightful—not too gritty, which makes it a pleasure to use. It lathers nicely, allowing for easy application on both the face and body. I appreciate that I can use it in the shower for an all-over treatment, making my skincare routine efficient and enjoyable.Fragrance: The scent is subtle and refreshing, which adds to the overall experience without being overwhelming. It’s a nice touch that makes using this product feel like a mini spa treatment at home.Overall Impression: The Medix 5.5 Exfoliating AHA Glycolic Acid Face & Body Scrub Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid has truly impressed me. It addresses the challenges of aging and dryness, particularly during menopause, making it an essential part of my skincare arsenal.Pros:Effective exfoliation with glycolic acidDeep hydration from hyaluronic acidPleasant texture and applicationSubtle refreshing fragranceCons:Some users with sensitive skin may want to start with less frequent use to gauge tolerance, as glycolic acid can be potent.Takeaway; If you're dealing with aging skin and dryness, especially during menopause, I highly recommend giving the Medix 5.5 Exfoliating AHA Glycolic Acid Scrub a try. It has revitalized my skin and made a noticeable difference in combating dryness while enhancing overall texture. This product has earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine!

Good but strong
This stuff was good and smelled nice, but it was strong! It stung a little bit, which probably meant it was effective. It definitely made my skin soft & glowy but I might be too wimpy for this. For anyone looking to buy something that does exactly what it says it does, this is your product!

Foamy acid body wash
Good acid body wash! I was looking for a more affordable option to the PSC acid body wash. This is less than half the cost of PSC so it is worth a try. It is more foamy than PSC, which I like. It has a light minty scent that dissipates quickly., also good. I think it leaves my skin a little drier than PSC, so time will talk on that.
