I tend to get distracted easily especially WFH and I don’t like drinking coffee as it upsets my stomach. I’ve been taking these in the morning as a replacement. So far I have noticed a difference in how alert I am. They also haven’t been making me jittery like coffee usually does.

I love the effects of green it extract so why only four stars? In the grand scheme, you can get twice as much for this same price so it isn’t the most cost effective way to boost your mood. You get 30 pills which is a one month supply. I have 3 other Swanson products and they are phenomenal and well sourced supplements. I won’t deny that. Their Immune Restore is an insane collection of vitamins, minerals and packs a punch. I was hoping this one would have a few extra minerals and not just 430mg of Green Oat herb. Do NOT get me wrong, this is a super high quality supplement brand and it is effective for some people. They definitely make a quality product.

I bought this to try to help my focus instead of drinking coffee as I am always tired raising a toddler on my own. I took one of these in the morning and fell asleep while my toddler was napping, I was actually really tired the whole day.I don't like that the label and product information doesn't say how long you have to take it to feel any affect. But I was so tired after taking it one day I'm not going to take anymore.It may just be my experience but I'll just stick to drinking coffee.

I think it's hard to tell for sure about cause-and-effect when it comes to supplements, but I really think this has been helping me. I feel calmer and less panicked and overwhelmed when problems come. I don't have as much fatigue as I usually have. So there's more energy but not the kind you get with energy drinks that feels intense, but more like steady alertness.I've also been trying to eat better and get better sleep (slight improvements, nothing dramatic) so I can't say it was this supplement for sure, but I do feel better, generally, on days I take one.

I'm not huge on supplements but after a period of stress at work this seemed to be a pretty interesting product. I probably need to take it for longer to actually gain the full effects but so far it feels as designed. I do feel a bit more calmer as if nothing will ruin my day.

This product had a silver seal under the lid but no plastic safety seal around the container, i felt no effects of the product after several hours and it did noting for me

These pills are easy to swallow with a slight herbal flavor---but no aftertaste.I have no adverse effects to report, either.They worked as advertised---though I felt more focused than relaxed, so to speak.But check the ingredients and do your own research before you purchase any supplements!

I have been using this for about two weeks now. I really feel like they help me stay focused and just get stuff done. I have been able to accomplish a lot of tasks that had just been building up. I found the pill easy to swallow.
