Seems like a good tape measure, I like that it reads on both sides. Time will tell if it stands up.

A really good and information-packed tape, this could be perfect with two improvements. First, the tape is not quite stiff enough and will not extend veery far before it bends. Second, the lock is a bit too aggressive and takes a bit of time and effort to release it. The brake feature is cute but unnecessary, as your fingers will slow the returning tape without using this device. So much to like about this tape and just a few non-fatal faults. If the manufacturer cured these two it would be just about perfect.

I purchased this because measuring large boxes with a 30cm ruler just got ridiculous and I lost my old measuring tapes.On first glance this product seem great and it does what it says it do! But would I recommend it to a construction worker or someone looking for a tape measure that can take a beating? Look the other way!Shaking the tape measure you can feel a lot of rattling. Which feels pretty bad compared to other ones I’ve had in the past. And the plastic shell feels cheap. Also the locking mechanism is very finicky to get it to lock and the hold button only works sometimes.
